Here I'm opening my kiln to see this completed fused glass wall art - "Rainbow Remnants".
It was inspired by the glass colour bars in my workshop, and uses some of the many offcuts of glass I have saved and sorted from previous projects - so Rainbow Remnants seems like a good name for it!
It's a good example of the Hard Edge glass art style.
The final artwork contains 127 pieces of glass, all cut to perfectly fit together in a progression of colour from teals and blues up to reds and yellows.
Additional noodles and stringers emphasise the lines, and also catch the light as you move past the piece.
The final glass art panel is available to buy here!
